I'm a vocal liberal on many social issues like equal rights for all American citizens but I adhere to a few conservative values such as a quick and certain death sentance for rapists and drug-dealers. I have a college degree in Government with a specialization in International relations from the University of Notre Dame, and studied under one of the architects of the SALTII treaties. I think it's important that Americans respect differing opinions and encourage each other to discuss and debate important issues because frankly, I don't care about unimportant baloney that American media companies are interested in showing, such as "reality" tv. I believe it's important to be informed on the issues, to engage other people in discussions about politics, and to voice our opinions. But most of all, it's important for every American to vote, and for every single vote to be counted. Without this, our social contract fails. If you are confused by this concept, then you're probably on the Supreme Court.
